Mr. Shizanur Rahman was born into a well-educated and respected family. He obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Management from the University of Rajshahi. A successful entrepreneur and dynamic administrator, Mr. Rahman is the CEO and Director of KitFast PLC, a leading commercial kitchen appliance manufacturing company with branches across different regions of Bangladesh. In 2014, he founded Al-Aqsa Developers (Pvt.) Ltd., which under his leadership has become one of the most trusted real estate companies in Rajshahi. Previously, from 2006 to 2011, he served as Head of HR at Inside & Ideas Ltd., Gulshan, Dhaka. He is also actively involved in various professional and social organizations. He has been serving as the Founder and General Secretary of the Real Estate and Developers Association (REDA) since 2017 and previously held leadership roles in several alumni and cooperative organizations. Beyond his professional career, Mr. Rahman is widely engaged in social welfare activities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he coordinated with local administration and law enforcement agencies to provide food, medicine, and oxygen support. He also contributes to entrepreneurship development and employment generation. From his student life, he demonstrated strong leadership qualities through involvement in BNCC, Scouts, and Red Crescent, where he served in key leadership positions.
